1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Crafy.in website and your purchase of products from Crafy.in. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

 

2. About us Crafy.in is a small handmade gift studio run by Priyadharshini. For inquiries: hello@crafy.in.

 

3. Orders & acceptance All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email. Production starts after order confirmation and payment.

 

4. Pricing & payment Prices shown include taxes where applicable. Payment must be made at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (payment gateways).

 

5. Production time & delivery

• Typical dispatch times: 3–7 business days for stocked items; 7–14 business days for custom/personalized products.

• Delivery times vary by location and courier.

• Free shipping for orders over ₹1,000. Orders under ₹1,000 will incur shipping charges shown at checkout.

 

6. Cancellations, changes & refunds

• Custom & personalized products: Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please double-check spelling, fonts and custom options before confirming your order.

• Non-custom items (if any): If you receive a non-personalized item that is damaged or defective, contact us at hello@crafy.in within 48 hours with photos; we will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product has been damaged after delivery.

 

7. Faulty or damaged items If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@crafy.in within 48 hours including your order number and clear photos. We will respond with return or replacement instructions.

 

8. Resale & wholesale Customers are not permitted to resell our products without written permission. If you want to become a reseller or wholesale partner, contact us to discuss terms.

 

9. Intellectual property All product designs, images and text on the site are Crafy.in intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

 

10. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafy.in’s liability for any loss or damage arising from products is limited to the value of the order.

 

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be subject to the courts of India.
